WCC’s claim services — for each claim we investigate and evaluate the resolution of specific claims meet the specific needs of each policyholder. Our guiding philosophy is to defend all nonmeritorious claims and attempt to settle meritorious claims in a reasonable time, at appropriate values.

WCC handles your reported claim by providing you with a designated claims representative. Your claims representative identifies and analyzes the medical and legal issues and provides a defense strategy.
