Barbara joined Washington Casualty company in 1997 as a senior claims representative with more than 25 years of insurance claims experience. She has handled all types of claims mainly in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Alaska. Barbara completed a three-year course in casualty and claims law through the American Educational Institute. She serves on the community board for the Spokane school district.

Jane joined Washington Casualty Company in 1989 and has the distinction of being the longest tenured employee of the company. She has more than 30 years of insurance claims experience. During her years at Washington Casualty Company, Jane has successfully managed hundreds of claims from their inception to conclusion for public hospital districts; mental health facilities; drug and alcohol facilities; and physicians in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. She has completed a number of seminars covering insurance law, changes in labor and employment law, fetal monitoring and defense strategies.
